ABOUT ME
A calm, supportive space where healing becomes possible.
A calm, supportive space where healing becomes possible. I am a trauma informed therapist UK, offering a safe and grounded space for individuals navigating emotional challenges, life transitions, anxiety, grief, and relationship difficulties. My approach is gentle, collaborative, and focused on helping you reconnect with yourself at a pace that feels right for you.
MEET CLARE
A warm, compassionate space to explore your experiences and begin healing.
I am a trauma-informed counsellor and psychotherapist supporting adults across the UK and worldwide through online therapy, as well as offering in-person sessions in Hastings.
Many of the people I work with come to therapy feeling exhausted, overwhelmed, stuck in painful relationship patterns, or struggling to understand why certain experiences continue to affect them. My particular areas of interest include attachment wounds, narcissistic abuse recovery, emotional neglect, neurodivergence, burnout, anxiety, and trauma.
I understand that reaching out for support can feel like a significant step. My aim is to create a space where you feel genuinely heard, understood, and accepted without judgement. Together, we can explore your experiences at a pace that feels safe for you, helping you develop greater self-understanding, emotional resilience, and healthier ways of relating to yourself and others.
Whether you are navigating the impact of past experiences, recovering from difficult relationships, living with ADHD or autism, or simply feeling disconnected from yourself, therapy can provide a supportive environment for reflection, growth, and healing.

I believe healing begins when we feel safe enough to understand our experiences with compassion rather than criticism.
MY JOURNEY
How I came to understand the importance of safe, gentle therapy.
My path into therapy began with a deep interest in understanding human emotion, resilience, and the ways we carry our experiences through life. Over time, I saw how many people move through pain silently — without space to fully express or understand what they are feeling. This shaped the way I work today. I believe healing does not happen through pressure or urgency, but through safety, patience, and connection. My practice is built on this foundation: creating a space where you don’t have to perform, explain perfectly, or hold everything together.
